We recruit and train motivated people—especially those early in their careers—and develop them into skilled, confident, well-paid professionals. Our teams work new and emerging markets across the country, helping customers upgrade from slow legacy services to faster, more reliable connectivity. Reps learn real field skills, including how to explain fiber-to-the-home benefits, walk a neighborhood, and match customers with the right internet, wireless, or streaming solution.

A personal, face-to-face approach to generating income and building sales.
We go out and do sales—face-to-face, in the field. Rivvia reps visit homes and local businesses to explain the benefits of fiber internet, cellular plans, and streaming services, then help customers sign up or request a provider call-back.
